In the literature on the subject, as well as in international legal acts, there is no universal and common definition of cyberspace. The results of the analyzes indicate that due to the above mentioned lack, countries are moving towards regional cooperation in the field of cybersecurity. We can distinguish cybersecurity threats (that are faced by countries and private individuals), the list of which, as a result of digital transformation, is constantly growing. It is also worth paying attention to the concept of the so-called cyberattack and types of operational activities in cyberspace. The development of regulations in the field of cybersecurity as well as a wide range of potential cyberattacks may affect concepts already well established in law, such as the concept of "common good" and others.
